Nigerians must belive in Super Eagles - Akpeyi

The goalkeeper has called on Nigerians not to be pessimistic about the Eagles chances against the Greens

Super Eagles’ Daniel Akpeyi has admonished Nigerians to be confident in the team and be optimistic of a favourable result against Algeria at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.

Akpeyi pointed out that the Algerians have weaknesses and that will be exploited to ensure victory on Saturday.

“Nigerians should not pessimistic about our chances. We will like them to support us on Saturday in our quest to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia," Akpeyi told Goal.

“We know that the Algerians desire the ticket too and it is the reason why we must take the game seriously and with the support of all, we can be able to achieve our objective."
